Highlights of Services Completed Included –
Our experienced engineers attended the prestigious site out of hours.
Firstly, to stop the pipework flow, we carried out eight pipe freezes – four on the LTHW pipe and four on the chilled pipe.
Once the flow had stopped, in between the freeze jackets, our engineers cut two new T’s on to the existing LTHW and chilled pipework.
The pipework was then extended inside.
For new servicing, our engineers supplied and installed two new 2.5” Butterfly Valves inside of the building for future use.
The pipework was then allowed to thaw, and we carried out the necessary safety checks.
Result –
Everything was left in good working order.
Our engineers left the site clean and tidy, with all redundant parts being disposed of at a licensed refuse/recycling facility.
Lastly, the client was happy that in the future they can add a new line.
